While serving my country in the US Navy for 15 years, I endured harassment almost daily. I moved through the ranks at a fairly fast pace and for this I became the object of alot of men’s negativity. Men that I worked with constantly said I “slept my way to the top”. I was embarrassed and it hurt my feelings. Looking back, I should not have hung my head in shame. I didn’t do anything but study hard and work even harder. I hope this website makes it to the women of the military…they could use all the help they can get.
